Cut more parts from every sheet.
NestCut plans guillotine cuts for MDF, plywood and panel boards — fewer sheets, bigger reusable offcuts, and a numbered cut order your saw operator can follow.
Every sample on this page is drawn live in your browser — none of them are images.
Everything the workshop needs
From the parts list at the office to the numbered cut at the saw — one app, on every device you use.
Smart nesting
Three cutting modes and a priority list you control decide how the parts are packed.
Guillotine-true
Edge-to-edge cuts a panel saw can really make, numbered so you finish the piece in your hands before moving on.
Offcuts that matter
Large leftovers are kept in one piece and marked green; scrap is red. You set the threshold.
Spare boards first
Boards left from earlier jobs are filled before a fresh sheet is cut — biggest board first.
Edge banding
Pick a tape for each edge; it shows as a colored band on the layout and in the PDF.
Manual editor
Drag pieces, reorder cuts, undo, and keep several named layouts in one project.
Share anywhere
Send a project with QR codes, over Wi-Fi, as a .cut file, or as a print-ready PDF.
English & Persian
A full right-to-left Persian interface, with light and dark themes and your choice of font.
CNC router & DXF
Switch a project to CNC mode and set the router bit diameter. Parts are spaced for the bit, the plan and PDF draw its toolpath, and every sheet exports to DXF for your CAM software.
The whole app, running here
A working model of NestCut. Edit parts, change settings, switch cutting modes — every tab updates at once. Click any tile to read what it does.
The live demo needs a bigger screen
The working model of NestCut runs the real parts table, settings and cutting layout side by side, so it only opens on a tablet or computer. Open this page there to try it — or just install the app.
| Length | Width | Qty | Description | L edge | W edge | Rotation |

The demo works in centimetres; the app converts every length when you switch.
Three ways to open a board
The same job, solved three ways. Each layout below is computed in your browser the moment the page loads.
You decide what “best” means
The first rule that separates two layouts decides. Drag to reorder — the Optimal result on the right follows your list.

Questions, answered
Does NestCut need the internet?
Only to sign in and to renew the subscription check. Optimizing, editing, PDF export and QR or Wi-Fi sharing all work offline — for up to 28 days between checks.
Where are my projects stored?
On your own device, as .cut files. They are never uploaded; you share them yourself by file, QR code or Wi-Fi.
Can my saw really make these cuts?
Yes. Every layout is guillotine-cuttable: each cut runs edge to edge of its region. The manual editor refuses to export a layout that breaks this rule.
Which units are supported?
Millimetres, centimetres and inches, with adjustable decimals. Blade width and edge offset follow the same unit.
Does it work with a CNC router?
Yes. In CNC mode you enter the router bit diameter instead of a saw blade; parts are spaced for the bit, the toolpath is drawn on the plan and in the PDF, and each sheet exports as a DXF file for your CAM software.
Is there an iPhone version?
iOS is coming soon. Windows, Android, macOS and Linux are available today, and they all open the same project files.
